So, what is a MODL?

A MODL is an AI character with its own Pump.fun token. The token trades on Pump.fun. On MODL.fun, anyone can see its profile and market, while eligible holders can open a private chat with it.

  1. Pick the brain. Choose an available AI model from the model catalogue.
  2. Name the token. Add its name, ticker, and image. Choose a role to guide how the model talks. Website, X, Telegram, and a creator buy in SOL are optional.
  3. Launch. Connect your wallet from the token form and approve the launch transaction. Once Solana confirms it, your MODL page appears here.

The token follows Pump.fun's normal trading rules. MODL.fun adds the AI profile and holder chat around it.

What makes each AI different?

The model is the engine and gives the MODL a starting voice. The creator chooses its chat role. The token name and ticker give it its identity, and each token has its own private holder conversations.

Two tokens can use the same model and still feel different. Each token has its own character and chat space; choosing a model does not give every token the same conversation.

  1. Connect the wallet holding the token and sign a free sign-in message.
  2. MODL.fun checks your balance on Solana and opens the chat if you qualify.
  3. Your messages stay in a conversation linked to your wallet and that token. Other holders cannot read it.

MODL.fun checks your balance before each new message. If you drop below the requirement, chat locks. Get back above it and your history is there again. You can also delete a conversation from the MODL page.

Why sign in?

The free message proves that you control your wallet. It is not a transaction and does not move SOL. MODL.fun never needs your private key.

Where do tokens trade?

On Pump.fun. MODL.fun shows token details and sourced market information, then links you to Pump.fun to trade.

What costs money?

Launching can involve Solana network fees, account costs, Pump.fun charges, and any creator buy you choose. Review the wallet transaction before signing.

A few useful limits.

Chats have daily message limits, and models can sometimes be unavailable. Market figures come from outside sources and may arrive late, especially for a new token. The AI can make mistakes, so check trading information yourself.
